The EMAS TeamWe have nationally recognised expertise in supporting leadership teams, staff and governors in raising the achievement of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) pupils. Our team also includes experts in supporting the engagement of BME parents and communities through the work of our bilingual community officer team and our mother tongue and supplementary school consultant and African Caribbean consultant. We are a very diverse team of approximately forty people. We also offer extensive training across the UK in a wide range of courses. Twelve of our staff are trained tutors for the Language in Learning Across the Curriculum (LiLAC) course. We also deliver a year long accredited course as well as a fully online accredited course. Our senior consultants have recently successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in Education Leadership Development and Consultancy (GCELDC). |
