Support for Asbestos ManagementSchools are required to fulfil their legal duty in ensuring compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006. We offer a bespoke service that assesses risk and establishes management actions that will be unique to each school. Re-inspection of asbestos materials is a key compliance requirement of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006, which is a duty that rests with schools. This service provides for the ongoing monitoring of asbestos following the initial Type 2 surveys.

- The procurement and direction of suitable and approved asbestos consultants to carry out required re-inspections
- Carry out a complete assessment of risk – both Material and Priority Assessments
Determining management actions for each asbestos containing materials (ACM), presumed ACM and non accessed areas - Providing your school with a report for recommendations on compliance issues arising from the assessment
- Support and advice to your senior management team and / or governors on issues arising from the re-inspection report
- Review and upload of data onto an asset management database and maintain the central register
